Knowledgeable, Informative, and Smooth the whole way through

Randy was in the top 5% of people I’ve worked with. Specifically, he included me on all the information that I wanted, and handled whatever I didn’t want to be a part of. Two aspects stuck out strongly during my experience (closing on a first-time 30 yr FHA mort):

– Experience: Randy’s experience runs VERY deep. He someone knows just about everything; and if he didn’t, he did the research thoroughly.

– Turn around time: When I had burning questions, Randy took the time to answer them, regardless of time of day. He answered questions in the evening, weekends, etc. The speed to closing was also very rapid, as I closed in 30 days.

Having bought and financed/refinanced many homes in my life, several while self-employed (If you don’t know, this makes the loan process and qualificationis more arduous). I have never thought about going anywhere else for help on a mortgage after working with Randy. Heis extremely knowledgeable, customer-centric and fully explains every step of the way.

One of the first deals I did with AmStar, I had an offer from my own bank, a good one–Randy actually got me a better deal from my own bank even after his fee!

I would check in with Randy every 6-7 months just to update him on my improved credit score, my debt to income ratio and my savings. And even at the 4th year Randy was still as responsive, patient and informative as he was the very first time I contacted him.
